Basic Requirements : Religious fanatic ( wont mention which one ), must have his/her family butchered to death, sister raped, and been raised in a very mediocre setting with absolutely no food to eat from time to time. Must have killed at least 5 by knife, 50 by guns and at least 250 in bomb blasts. Must have diploma in Indian historical weakness and political debauchery ( on-site training will be provided ).

Training Period : 4-5 years of on-site training, in bomb making, camouflaging and negotiation with the Indian Govt.
